Before joining Senior Computer Services International (SCSI), I had no prior experience in web development. I was interested in technology and wanted to learn how websites were created, but I did not know where to begin or how to turn that interest into a practical skill.
Joining SCSI gave me the opportunity to start from the basics and gradually build my knowledge through structured and practical training. The courses were organized in a way that made it easier for me to understand web development concepts, even as a complete beginner.
Through the training, I learned essential web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as how to use WordPress to create and manage professional websites. Instead of focusing only on theory, the training emphasized practical learning, allowing me to apply what I was learning by working on assignments and real-world projects.
One of the things I valued most about learning at SCSI was the availability of practical assignments and live teacher support. Whenever I encountered a challenge or did not understand a particular concept, I could get guidance from the instructor and continue improving. This helped me develop confidence in solving problems independently rather than simply memorizing information.
As my skills improved, I started putting my knowledge into practice by creating websites and taking on small projects. Eventually, I gained the confidence to begin freelancing and providing web development services to clients. What started as a skill I was learning for personal development gradually became a source of professional opportunities and income.
The journey was not always easy, but the structured learning approach, practical exercises, instructor support, and continuous practice helped me move from having no web development experience to being able to build websites for real clients.
Today, I am able to use the skills I gained through SCSI to work with clients and generate a sustainable income through web development and freelancing. Looking back, joining SCSI was an important step in my professional journey because it gave me not only technical knowledge but also the confidence to turn that knowledge into a practical career.
I am grateful to SCSI for providing an environment where beginners can learn, practice, receive guidance, and ultimately turn their ICT skills into real opportunities.
